Uploading pics to boards from iPhone?

Hi downloaded imageshack app and I need to know how do I upload pics to Boards any help would be great but please, layman terms !!!

Dunno about imageshack I use photobucket ,
see the little i button select that then this comes up
just tap the IMG code at the bottom and it copies to your pasteboard then you come here and hold ur finger on the screen till paste appears and ur done


It's relatively easy actually
