Any good ones out there. I bought one off ebay and while it works when I'm travelling in the car stations start to break in on my ipod and it becomes very fuzzy. Anyone recommend a fm transmitter where the above doesn't happen?

Hope this is in the right section.

I don't think any fm transmitter would be without fault...I think you would be better off getting a line in radio in aldi/lidl for 40 or 50 euro instead of spending it on a fm transmitter...at least then you are guaranteed non interference of any sort

Does anyone know if a list of available/free/recommended FM frequencies exists which users of FM transmitters could set their device to? Perhaps there isn't a single frequency which is free and sufficiently far enough away from either local or national stations to work for everyone right around the country but if we had a list of 4 or 5 frequencies and the general geographic areas the worked best in we could set up those frequencies and avoid all the hit and miss which is so frustrating.

Anyone got a link to such a list or care to share the frequencies which work best for them plus their location?

    Ben
