Anyways, I put an add up here for a more experimental stlyed band a few weeks back and got a reat response! During that process I was nabbed by another band playing a similar style of music! And now to turn my attention back to part of my goal! I'm looking to create a doom stlyed bad! Think Electric Wiazrd, Warhorse, Cathedral, Boris, Sunno)))), Bongzilla etc. I play bass, and would like to get a guitarist and drummer of equal mind! If this sounds like your bag let me know! It should be pretty light-hearted with one jam per week!

Come on guys!! Planning on keeping it pretty light hearted to begin with, and see where it goes! Some nice fuzzy bass, heavy thumping drums, hypnotisingly heavy guitars? PM me if interested!!

I'd be up for this but my gear is a Fender Frontman 15 with a fuzz pedal in front of it with my guitar tuned to C#. Not sure if it would cut it but not afraid of pushing the amp to the limits of sonic meltdown! I have a wee sample recorded not uploaded yet, will fire it up tonight. Bit of craic!

Sounds good, let me know when its up for a listen! Don't worry about gear wise, its pretty easy to rent amps in rehersal rooms anyway! Cheers : )Any drummers interested??

Does exactly what it says on the tin, very cool! Would you be comfortable to throw some lead stylings over that while the bass plugs away at the riff or maybe throw in 2 guitars?

Anyone intereted in drumming out some doom/sludge?

Also at the time of typing this fobsters post was his 666th, thats just weird!

I can play small bits of lead, I'll jam something out. I reckon a bass fuzzed up would do the job for backing during the leads. See how it goes.
