    Hi,

Im trying to set up an exercise class near the Phoenix park, Would anyone recommend a hall that is reasonable to rent? What is the normal cost of this?

speak to schools and clubs that may have baasketball court or gymnasium area thats not being used in the evenings

this should be plenty of space to get started and if theyre not using it anyway when u plan to use it the rent will be very negeotiable in your favour

I've been renting out halls and rooms for our summer camps and classes for the last year...

The nearest we where to Phoenix park was Castleknock Community Centre. Actually, our camp is on there this week.

www.castleknockcommunitycentre.ie/contact-us.php Give them a bell and I'm sure they could help you out..

And you'd be surprised at the difference in rent some places charge. We've had rooms at €12ph and rooms for €30ph and they're all roughly the same size. Some places will lower their prices but some places just wont move, it's mad.. And they do be constantly empty because of that...
