If i get it on my iPhone,and if I make calls on it using skype, it's free is it? I'm not sure how it works exactly

Depends, you can use WiFi then free if you call another skype phone. But skype does charge if you go to call a normal Irish mobile. I dont use it really so im sure more people will have much more info

You can buy Skype credit on their website and call any number with it.

To be 100% free it has to be skype to skype I believe. But you can purchase like skype credit thats cheap and call none skype phones for cheap enough.
