I have a really big problem tried to change from using bleach to a tint and went to a hairdresser last week and asked her to do roots and tone down my bleached hair to colour of the tint instead she coloured my hair all over and burnt my scalp which im now on scalp treatment of my doctor and an antibiotic also, apart from that my hair is falling out and broken very badly and my hair is a greeny bluey grey is there anything i can do with this?? I'll try anything to stop my hair falling out and to take that greeny bluey grey colour out of it..... Would i be better off just shaving it and getting a wig??

Go back and speak to the manager of the salon ASAP and get refund or it fixed. Redken extreme range is very good for damaged processed hair, lay off hair straighteners and other heat styling for a while and use a wide toothed comb to brush.

Is your hair more of a green tone or blue?

    Redken treatments are amazing :)

Did she put bleach straight onto your scalp?

Be very careful - the redken extreme sachet treatments can turn very blond hair turquoisey blue. I know this from experience :(
Try Kereatase force intense - i swear by the stuff!

Ok so she has used an ash on your hair to turn it the bluey tint. She obviously didnt do a patch test to see if the colour would agree with you!

Nothing you can do is going to change the colour unless you go to a salon.

As for the condition of your hair, treatments are the only way forward. Your not going to fix it overnight!

Best thing for you to do is go to a salon and see about the colour. Joico treatments are amazing for your hair.

You should try Moroccan Oil products..they have them in Zeba in town + theyre so nourishing for bleached hair..I've been bleaching my hair for years so know from experience how hard it is to keep bleached hair healthy.

Dylan Bradshaw do Shu Uemura hair treatments which really moisturiser the hair and stimulate the scalp so you could try them too.

Also try eat plenty of protein + you could take a Silica supplement for your hair.

I also recommend that you stop bleaching/tinting your hair for 6 months or more if possible...maybe go see a professional and go back to your natural colour for a while...keep using good products, oils etc, go minimal on the products + try not straighten or blow dry your hair too much...get regular trims etc..your hair should be back to full health in a few months.

Also try coconut oil + sleep with it on!
