internet settings needed for Meteor IOS 4.01

    Hi Guys,
    Tried doing some research, but have failed :(
    Ive a jailbroken iphone 3gs on meteor with IOS 4.0.1
    it was on o2 but is now unlocked from o2/Apple through itunes
    its now been moved to meteor but I cant find the internet/mms settings for it!
    Tried downloading them from cydia but they dont work as they were designed for 3.X.X
    Tried the freetext thing meteor offered for settings but its not compatible with the iphone
    I do have the option to enter them manually if anyone has them
    Any other ideas/suggestions?

    i have also just gotten my iphone unlocked and put in my meteor sim have put in the setting the user above has entered biut im still being told im not connected to a celluar data network :(
