    Hi all,

I've recently developed pain in my left heel. I don't know what has caused it? It was just there 1 morning I woke up and I've had it now for 2 weeks. I dose'nt seem to be going away. Its just a pain that comes and goes, it's not bad pain, about a score of 3-4 out of 10. I have'nt been doing any training recently. I spend a lot of time on my feet at work. I have'nt tried anything i.e anti-inflammatories or ice packs as I just had felt it would go. There is no swelling present and it looks normal. I tried resting it for a while but it's made no differance. I want to go back training shortly but feel I could further aggravate it. :(
    Any suggestions?? Thanks in advance.

No way anyone can give you generic info on this, you need to see a physio or GP. And have a read of the charter, thanks.
