Smart titanium is the bext one on there in my opinion. May I ask why you are going for a twin lnb for a motorised system?

Thanks Tony. It's for a separate feed for an upstairs TV. Don't need to control it from there tho.

    Do you advise against this?

No problem, its fine as long as you know that you can only view the same satellite position on both receivers at any one time. If all you needed was astra 1,2 and hotbird then twin lnb's on a multi lnb bracket would be the way to go as then each receiver could watch any of the three satellites.

I didn't think you could get a milti lnb bracket for a standard Sky dish?

I did look at getting a Toroidal T90 and have multi lnb but was advised off this monster!

smart titanium all the way, ive a .2lnb twin output titanium. It out performs all my other lnbs ive ever had! I have that fed off a 1.1m motorised. One feed to the bedroom and the motor feed to my living room.

You cant, I did not suggest you could, you cannot motorise a sky dish either. I would suggest at least a triax 80 cm dish or similar with either a motor or multi lnb bracket.

+1 on the Smart titanium twin. I have one on my motorised setup - one cable to the receiver in the bedroom, one to the PC downstairs. The SG2100 motor would be fine for an 80/90 cm dish - used one for years - reasonably quiet and quick to position. I bought a Stab HH120 for my 1.1m dish as I figured I would need a beefier model, but I find it extremely slow to position, plus it does not rotate as far east and west as the SG2100.

I was responding to this. I took it as you recommending a single dish setup for 28.2e and 13e.

I was recommending a single dish for 28 and 13, I made no mention of a sky dish which you brought into the discussion. Looks like you got the info you needed so lets leave it at that.

Just bear in mind that the SG2100 listed on that site may not be an original Moteck apparently but a fake/clone.

    Link.

I think hes safe enough Byte as that place has a good reputation and has been around a while.

( I just checked for "made in taiwan" on my motors) :)
