Just back from my holidays and have tried to access the o2 forum for which I have been registered for a long time.

I am repeatedly being asked to register as new.
It tells me my username and email are already in use.

I have logged into my account on o2 and try to access the forum from there and get the same response - please register from new.

    What am I doing wrong?

Obviously a glitch in the o2 system because it's working now. :D

Just accessed the forum on IE.
    It's a Google Chrome problem.

    Why?

I even cleared the cache. Same prob.

The new forum is a mess and traffic seems to have slown to a trickle there.

The new forum is a mess and traffic seems to have slown to a trickle there.

It's hard to use, poorly organised, half of it doesn't seem to work properly and they've made it practically impossible to actually contact anyone from O2 through it. Hiding it from anyone who isn't a customer altogether and making it pointless for actual customers appears to have been the aim:confused:?

They appear to have tested it out with O2 'yes men' from the forum rather than with people who actually may have pointed out the major flaws instead of telling them what they wanted to hear.

I've given up on it for now anyway.

Absolutely crazy, they had a really good thing going and have totally balls it up. Why oh why:confused:
