Clothes for a wedding in Munich

I'm going to my buddy's wedding in Munich this Saturday but I'm not sure what to wear. It's going to be more business casual than formal but it's also going to be around 35 degrees over there! Any ideas on what to wear and a good shop to buy it in that's not too expensive?
