Hi,

I'm posting this for my daughter:

We are 3 second year girls in NUIG, looking for one other girl to share a 3 bedroom house, in Laurel park. (15 minutes walk from NUIG, and very convenient to bus routes.)

Rent is reasonable (288 per month) - it's a lovely house, plenty of room, all mod cons, (central heating, open fireplace, very large kitchen, with large fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer etc) Also has generous cooking facilities, with choice of stove or hob, electric oven, microwave etc. House has a nice front garden, with large back yard, and garden shed.

Deposit of 300 euros required, on or before 11th August. Viewing can be arranged.
