I asked for my old iPhone to be unlocked (request to O2). Got text saying to complete the unlock put in new sim & connect to iTunes.

Can I use multiple sims in the future or do I have to request an unlock each time?

I probably just give to my oh, but it would be nice to use as a spare in an emergency.

Agreed, once and thats it forever, I think u might have to do a restore to get it done properly.
