I leave the browser open on my phone it will use more kb

    From the three website

    500 KB of internet usage (approx. 17 web pages) = 1 flexiunit

    If i open a webpage, it will use a certain amount of say 50kb.

    If I leave the browser open on my phone will it use more kb, or can the page be left open indefinitely without incurring extra charges, assuming I dont navigate away from that page

    Some pages are set to auto-refresh and consequently will download data when left open (for example score pages, or live updates).

    However, static pages will not and therefore will not download further data once opened.
