Iphone 3G-crack on top back.looking for thin case

Hi,
I have an Iphone 3G. It has a crack on the back top of it. I want a thin case to help prevent the crack spreading.
Anyone any recommendations?
Thin, cheap (would be a bonus). Nothing flash.

Have a crack on the back at the bottom, by the dock part. Any ideas as to how to get the back replaced?

contact apple customer care,they will swap it for a reconditioned iphone,they look brand spanking ,myself and my friend had it replaced through that method

Even if phone is jailbroken, unlocked and I'm on Meteor?

Just back it up and restore to factory settings before sending it back

Surely a 3G is well out of warranty no? Mine also has a crack a the dock section.

already posted re an iphone4 case but this crowd also do a cheap 3g case as well. I've used them lat week - based in Dublin. 3 euro for the case. (no affiliation with them)
