Got a lovely little fm transmitter for the ipod yesterday. Had original price of E59.99 (which is mad anyway..) and got it for E8. Def a bargain.

Went to the one in Carrickmines and they had a lot of damaged furniture there, fairly reduced but not really worth what they were asking for.

Didnt see much in limerick one either. Halfprice expensive earphones. Tvs didnt look too cheap. Saw one table for sale with NO LEGS, with a sign saying "make an offer!"

We bought all our electrical appliances down there over the weekend. They all had 10% off, which brought them down to internet prices. So being able to buy local for tinternet prices suits us fine and dandyo.

Also bought a corner (unit) sofa, reduced from €2500 to €1000.
that was a genuine reduction, and not the typical "RRP is...our price is..." crap. The brother in law works there and can get furniture for cost, and the staff price was €1450!

Mentioned to one of the lads working there about the FM transmitter. He knew the one I was talking about, and said he'd order one for me. I mentioned that someone here bought it for a tenner (forgot it was €8!), and he said he could do it for a tenner.:D

I offered €19 on solid wood table with small chip in last sale and they took it. - :D - So maybe they would have taken the offer of €1 just to get rid.

I got a few but it was slim pickings in the one near me, that had some controller and 2 game bundles for €20. games included Lego Indiiana Jones / Kung Fu Panda.

they had some other B grade titles for under €10 but nothing that isn't in every sale they have or cheap to begin with.
