    Hi all,

Can anyone help me with this problem??
I converted some DVDs to mp4 format to view on my PSP. However, when I go to view them on my PSP they show up as corrupt files, or it will only play some of the movie!! This is getting very annoying now as I have searched the net for different ways of copying them to the PSP and nothing seems to work!!

    Any suggestions??

Does the program your using to convert have a PSP setting that selects the correct video, audio and resolution options?

I've never had any problem ripping and converting dvd to my psp, i was using IMTOO to do so.

Do you have a decent internet connection, if so it's faster to download a psp compatible video rather than rip and convert it yourself decently.

I use Magic DVD Ripper and it has all th different conversion types, like iPod and PSP! Never had trouble with iPod conversions! Just seem to have trouble when I transfer them onto the PSP

It may take a little bit longer, but my advice would be to use your DVD ripper program to make the rip and then use Sony's Media Go software to convert and transfer the file for use on the PSP.
