As far as i know its not Parkside and there is no such thing as D15 poker club , i think it may be a pub event so its not a club

I dont think the sunday scalps game will work without a prizepool .

Basically if i knock 8/9 players out early on and all i can lose is my scalp , then i am only gonna play like a loon and most probably destroy the game for everyone else.

The 3D idea looks good and i hope it works for you.

    Joe,
No Peter works for himself, but we have joined up to create the 3D league.

    Dean,
You can play anyway you want, remember the game is to knock as many people out as possible. I created this to give all the people who rarely finish in the money, a fighting chance to pick up a few Euros. It certainly favours the bold.

For all those who want to have a chance of the €7000; Friday's tourney has loads of play in it, 10,000 starting stack. With complimentary food and drink throughout the evening.

Also if you join us on Face Book, I often give the competition players a free €20 place bet for Blackjack or Roulette, I will put one on tonight, so why not join us on Facebook and look for and become a fan of, D1 Club.

ive played in petes tournaments for a year now every week and ive never noticed any money going missing from pots, and when there was he had perfectly good reasons for them eg. fees for dealers and money that needs to go into the grand final pot, never had a problem with them ,excellent staff all very friendly and helpful to the newer players, hot food for the breaks and always a good atmosphere , definatly recommend them
but no theres no d15 club as such its just the venues they do
    clonee house mondays/thursdays
    salmons mountview wednesdays fridays
and cant complain with a grand final 7000k pot for 50 players to contest :)

Let me add my 2 cents.

As for the rest of the group I have no idea who they are or what the history is, but what let me add my view on D1.

I have played there a few times and it has become my favourite place to play poker. The team who run the place is really good and let everybody feel welcome. They listen to there punters, most of the time, some punters can just be a pain at times.

The dealers are always friendly and good fun, same goes for the people who go play there. I can honestly say, except for the nights that i have lost my shirt, every time I have had been to D1 was a good night.

As for value, it is also up with the top, some nights there are no reg fees and I have seen them add money to the prize pot on more then one occasion. Then the €20 free bet for there facebook fans is top notch. I place mine on the bottom 19 on roulette and hit making my buyin for the Friday tournament €25, half price.

So if you can get better value or service, please tell me where??

Good luck with the 3D, I will be somebody who support it....:cool:

reg fee is registration fee, kind of like a membership to the club fee i think or something along those lines anyways nearly all tournaments for any club have a reg. fee
top up is usually at the break where you have the option to addon chips to your stack for a fee of directors discession
and rebuys are used in tournaments where allowed. if you lose all your chips before the break you can rebuy back into the tournament

reg fee is what the club or td takes for the club etc in pete's case €5
so topup is €30 and rebuy €30 which should go straight in to the pot
all topups and rebuys in pete's games dont go to the prize pool ,it's allways short €300 or €400

This message is for the dominator.I play all over Dublin. In lots of different games with lots of different TD'S.I just checked the web site of D15.
The guy supplies dealers, food the lot.
Your obviously not around that long. Some TD's charge an inital fee.some take a percentage from rebuys and top ups if the innital fee is small. Its normally 20 percent.Give the lad a break.how would any tournament like his be run on €5 from each player.Im with you nialith.ill do my best to attend.bit difficult seems as im living in Navan though.Good luck with the 3D LEAGUE.Looks interesting
