    Does anyone else get pins and needles that start in the fingers and then travel up the arm.

    All joking aside pins and needles is not a good symptom at all..in the fingers spreading up through the arms it could indeed be the beginnings of a heart attack..it could also be a symptom of neurological damage...see a doctor.Seriously.
