How much a bale are you looking for? Is it second cut or is it growing all the year?

Advertise it in the local paper if you haven't done so already. Doubt you'I have much luck finding a buyer on here.

I'd wouldn't mention anything about 'giving a hand', unless the buyer asks. It only complicates things and you could get blamed if bales are burst or it's not turned right.

Make sure you get paid up front before bales leave the field.

    Best of luck

oh yes, meant to ask what would be a reasonable price?, was thinking 15-16 myself especially if it was turned a few times. would suit maybe a person with their own kit. growing since may 7th with fertiliser, so looking well at the moment.

ya 10 is fair if its bailed up w/o turning, i would prefer anyone to turn a few times and then row up much less bales, better quality and probably working out cheaper at 15 a bale than 10 a bale for bales of water.

Not much water in grass this year in fact you would be better off baling soon after cutting to keep the moisture that is already in the grass.
