Someone needs to tell Tesco, we have another month left of holidays!! Thats nearly 31 days..hellooo..big bosses at Tesco...we have 31days to get school stuff!! :rolleyes:

I'm glad I didn't see that ad, as I am pretty sure I would be screaming at the telly!!

We don't start 'till the 6th.:o TY's start later than everyone else. Everyone else will probably start on the Wednesday, Thursday or Friday of the week before (1st/2nd/3rd).

I've never seen the point of starting on a Friday tbh.

Same here. I'm starting on the friday but i'm going to london on the sunday so i'll miss monday and tuesday!! Its only TY though so it's ok... But some advice to those going into 3rd year try not to miss days, I know I sound like your teachers but it's sooo much easier to remember things in June if you were in class when a certain topic was being taught!

Really does help when it comes to studying the stuff, not that I did much of that either.. :rolleyes:

We're back on the 3rd I think, and I'm actually even looking forward to it. 4th year here I come!

But Leaving Certs are the 2nd group to go back.
They bring us back in terms of importance.
1st years (to settle in), 5th years, 3rd years, 2nd years, 4th years and TY's (they'll be waiting for their results so bring them in latest!).

I'm back the 31st, but 1st years are back the 26th! We're starting earlier so we can have extra days at Christmas in case there's a repeat of this winter :P

Yeah, I am! I can't wait. Hopefully it's going to be action packed and funfilled!! We change classes going into TY but we havn't been given notification of what class we're going to be in yet so i'm really anxious to see who i'll be spending most of the year with.
