    All this talk about HD is very well and good for sport and movies and high end tv drama but lets face it most tv isn't any of the above. Its low grade junk built around so-called reality.

    Eastenders
    Corrie

    Could be that programmes will get reviewed for their "ugly" clarity rather than anything else.

    I assumed EE and Corrie were already in HD. Loose women would be great, wonder if HD would show up the scaffolding they have to hold their faces up.

    I saw an episode of Coronation Street in HD. Very meh. Eastenders in HD starts this Autumn

    I really don't get why they launched a sky news HD. I can't imagine anyone getting any sort of extra benefit in this. I suppose it's just another step towards making HD the norm whch i guess can't be a bad thing
