    Is it too late to apply to courses in general as a mature student?

    it depends on the course. For the information systems one the application closing date has been extended to the end of August (http://www.scss.tcd.ie/undergraduate/bscis/)

    For almost all undergraduate full-time courses, the closing date was 1 February, I'm afraid.

    No harm in ringing who ever is in charge of the course your interested in. You never know maybe someone decided not to take there place in a course. all they can say is yes or no.

    On the CAO site courses that have vacancies are advertised at around this time. You can apply to these.
