    apologies if this is the wrong thread, but can anyone tell me can i exchange something bought in river island in dd in the one in tallaght with a receipt? or does it have to be the same store? thanks:)

    As long as the swing tags are still attached, and you have the reciept, there shouldn't be a problem exchanging it in another store.

    Yeah, you can exchange it or get a refund in any branch as long as the receipt is in date (you have 28 days) and the price tag is still on the item.
