deed poll and dual citizenship

    Hi,
    Any advice please:
After a name change by deed poll was processed, my friend regretted the change due to having dual citizenship and the complications created by the change that she was not aware of. She wants to stick to the original name, any consequences, and any way out of the limbo? Is the deed poll change is limited to once a life only? Any similar experience?
    Thanks a mill
    Alan
