iPhone 4 with Three always viewed as New iPhone in iTunes

So, I picked up the iPhone last night at midnight in Grafton Street. Now, whenever I plug it into the Mac I get THIS screen:



Now, the iPhone is totally synced up and all, attached to my iTunes account. They never asked me to register though. It's sort of annoying having to click 'continue' each time to simply sync the iPhone.

Also, the Phone Number area on the Summery page is showing an 083 number instead of my 086 number. A small, but annoying thing.

Does anybody have any ideas?

my sim free iPhone used to do this for about a week after buying it. it went away after that, sorry couldn't be of more help.

maybe it's because there's a ton of iphone's registering with apple's servers and your registration is in a queue to be processed later on.

you can edit your number by doing the following:

settings >> phone >> my number.

My ipad is currently doing this. It doesn't go through a new set up or anything though just displays that screen.
