Luas to Jervis st, walk accross the river, keep going in that direction through temple bar and out onto Dame st, cross the road(look for ricks burger on dame st to find it) walk up as far as dunnes stores on the left and turn left...and you're almost there!

Taxi would be best bet i'd imagine (rank outside Heuston).
Shouldn't cost much only a short run.

Take the number 92 bus from Heuston, it leaves every 15 minutes. Get off at Nassau street, outside trinity college. Walk up grafton street from there, and take the first right onto Wicklow street. It's less than a 5 minute walk from the bus stop. It will cost 1.80 for the bus. It leaves you much closer than the Luas, and is a lot cheaper than a taxi.

The 92 would be your best bet, but it doesn't run on Sundays, & depending on the time of day you can be waiting longer than 15 mins.

You could always walk over the footbridge (the one that the LUAS goes over) to Parkgate St (1 mins walk), cross the road, & get any of the buses into town from there (25, 25A, 26, 66, 66A, 68, 69). They will all leave you in D'Olier St.
