Just wondering are you using a case with your ipad.

If so what do you recommend and what should you stay away from

I just got mine and am seriously thinking i should get something to protect it.
I'm not sure about the folio type ones as it seems the flap might get in the way when using it although I haven't tried it.

I've just order one of these for when I'm at home, I want to get another one for when out and about, something with a flap to protect the screen. The choice of cases seems to be endless:)

i got a quirky cloak on thursday and it weighs a frickin' ton. wouldn't recommend it at all. the silicone is also loose. link here

i got a cheap silicone case off ebay which protects the back and sides, a zagg front shield and a neoprene soft shell case for traveling that does the job for me....nice and light in the home and the neoprene case is there for when i need an extra bit of protection.

i was hoping the cloak would do all of these jobs in one but it's pants and for $55 i wouldn't recommend it to anyone

I didn't go for the Apple case because of all the reviews saying the material was a dirt magnet.

I've fitted an OtterBox Commuter case and I'm very happy with it so far.
