Is it worth it? I've been in it once or twice. Seems like a very depressing place.

The cost of living there, presumably.

I believe that college has dropped its rent prices this year, so it may be worth it alright. However, I would say that it's worth looking around and trying to get somewhere for similar/less rent in the middle of town, as that is all that is good about Goldsmith really. It is a reasonably nice place, but the rooms are quite small and it's not really campus accommodation.

So, you get the downsides to living on campus, without the experience... But on the other hand, the apartments can be quite nice, and it's located right in the middle of town.
