Are there any places in Galway that sell or repair Dell chargers or chargers that work with a Dell Inspiron 1300?

I got a universal adaptor at maplin for my HP laptop a while back.

It didn't last as long as the original adaptor I ordered off the internet, but it worked in the interim.

I looked into getting the broken one repaired but the guys at laptek wouldn't touch it - said it was potentially dangerous.

People won't really repair them. +1 for maplin or try pc world.
