Hi guys. I'm having a bit of a problem with someone down the street. They have a house alarm that goes off all the time. During the day it goes off for hours. And even at night too. Last night it went off non-stop for over 40 mins at 3 am. It's a house down the street, so I can't imagine how the direct neighbors deal with…

Erm, talk to the owners and ask them to get the alarm fixed?

If they refuse to fix it, then you could probably file a complaint for noise pollution.
