I would imagine so, may take more work than normal, but dogs can be trained with hand signals so why not?

There is a lady in the UK goes by the name of Patch who teaches agility and competes with her rescued deaf collies, Silk and T`Akaya. She's friends with Wiccaweys Border Collie rescue so if you join their forum, you can find out more about her there. The deaf collies came from Limerick. :)

Another member of the forum, Margaret, does agility with her deaf collies Tigger and Daisy, too :) (Tigger also came from Limerick.)

They're a friendly bunch on the Wiccaweys forum and have pots of advice!
