i have the usual free 300mb webspace with UPC, which I have my website up on, its not the fastest, but it does me.

    My question is:

I want to put another website up, and does anyone know where I can get free webspace elsewhere ?

Are there any company's that offer free webspace, thanks.

There's a free option (they refer to it as chocolate) but you won't get your own domain-name - it'll end up as username.freehostia.com - ok for a personal site but won't work for a company site.

Simple hosting space and a domain name will only cost between €50 and €90 though so might be worth the expense.

    Hope that helps

thanks i'll have a look at that, its just a personal site, i want to show off some collections.

    UPDATE:

i was hoping there would be no catch, but there was, the webspace is free, but they hit you with a charge then for the domain.

i could not find any "username.freehostia.com" on the chocolate plan

Free or not, recommending hosting is recommending hosting.
