eBay - Wrong Size delivered

    Hi,

    I bought a polo shirt off some guy from London and bought it in Large size, however the polo shirt arrived today and it was in Medium size :confused:

    How someone can make a simple mistake like that is beyond me!

    Anyway if I return the item should he be paying for my postage to return it to him?

    if you dispute it through ebay or paypal you will have to pay for return postage. Id try to get him to own up to his mistake and send you money for return postage. Also make sure to send it back tracked, the amount of items returned that "go missing" is unbelievable.

    The seller doesnt have to pay for return postage. But if you email and tell that the mistake ws his fault then he should. Also he would be worried about you leaving negative feedback which would lose him a few sales
