Hi, Moved into a new house, got a new modem for the internet and ps3 won't connect to it. Hi, Moved into a new house, got a new modem for the internet and ps3 won't connect to it. I go to internet connection settings, choose easy, choose wireless and then for ssid i click scan and it says the access point was not detected. I've tried turning off ps3 and modem and have reset the modem too. I've tried custom as well and get the same message. On my laptop the signal strength is excellent and the modem and ps3 are very close together. I also have the internet enabled in case anyone suggests that!!
