    ok im irish, born and bred,
    thing is its very confusing when it comes to wanting to marry my stateside girlfriend, k1, greencard, 90 days, ahhhhhhhhhhh:confused:
    can i stay in america after the 90 days while i wait for my greencard?
    has anyone married and moved to the states or whats the story there
    im confused as the sites says i must marry within 90 days, but doesns't say i can stay after the 90 days, it does however say you can be kicked out.:confused:

    Have you tried calling the American Embassy, might be a lot quicker?

    Yes you can stay there but can not work there and after you are married you need to apply for your visa to work etc
