    Hi guys.

I keep getting DNS errors and was wondering if anyone could help with the information i have.
    My ISP is UPC broadband.
I manually inputted my server settings correctly.
    MTU: 1500(manual)
    Media server: disabled.
    PPnP:disabled

    and still keeps DCing.

    Many thanks~:)

Perhaps your broadband suppliers servers are down. The best way to counteract this is to change your DNS settings. www.opendns.com

A mate of mine did this and everything seems to be working ok now.

Wouldn't be the biggest expert in the world but may be worth a try.

I wonder is it the same thing with the Xbox 360 whereby you have to set your firewall to low.
