Do you think I should include this job on my CV?

It was meant to be a 3 month contract, but after only a week, my supervisor thought I was too junior for the role, so I was 'let go'. She was really nice about it and said she'd give me a reference. Do you think i should include this job on my CV? I've been out of work since Dec 09 (made redundant) so I have a huge gap in my CV thats why I want to include it, but I don't know if I should...
