best way to deal with the the pathological narcissist in your life

Basically I work with one...and they are so bad at it its embarrasing.
They are so bad at it, I could basically destroy this person in a moment and end it all...but I have to work with them.
Whats the best way of dealing with the narcissist in your life?

You can avoid them trying to talk to you by wearing earphones and listening to music.

Or, Wikipedia the characteristics of a narcissist, print them off, and the next time they annoy you hand it to them and walk out of the room.

Basically what this person is doing that is bugging me the most..is that they thake what I suggest and change a few word so that it appears they have created the idea themselves. And the thing is you cant argue with this person because they have mastered the art of self justification.
