Trouble with online banking (BOI) on ipad

    When I click to log in with the safari browser, I can enter the details in the first box( customer no. I think), but it won't let me click the second box( usually the last few digits of your phone number or your date of birth)... It just won't let me click in to the box , the keyboard fails to pop up, although it looks like it's about to but then disappears again...

    Anyone got any ideas? Thanks.

    This was happening to me as well. Just click the customer number box again and the keyboard should pop up. Then click the second box and you can type in this. I don't why the keyboard won't pop up but this solves the problem.
