Vivienne of Holloway in, uh, Holloway would be a good bet. Their stuff is really good quality.
So cute!
The vintage shops on Brick Lane would be well worth a look too.
Other than that I got a gorgeous luxurious petticoat from here on ebay and couldn't praise them highly enough, really 'soft' and a definite investment.0 -
