    Hi,

We're looking for committed band to share a rehearsal space on the southside Dublin.
so basicly if you're a four piece it will cost you 60 euro per person a month.

The room is 550sq. feet with Kitchen and toilet, 24hr access, security and parking.

If you can supply the drum kit we'll supply the PA systm, mic, stands ect.

pm me for more details as soon as possible as the current occupier is ready to vacate the premises

    No time wasters please

    Thanks :D

just curious...did you get many replies for this?

seems crazy that there hasn't been more interest with the amount of threads talking/whinging about rehearsal rooms etc...

maybe there's not as many bands on the southside or something

Maybe it's the "must provide us with drums" clause.

Yeah or maybe just bad timing but I have noticed a thread recently full of bands whining about dirty toilets, poor equipment, high prices , no parking ect.

This place wins on all the above hands down

    Cheers

I'm def interested, would even come check it, but... we're still trying to find a drummer... and even if we did find one I couldn't guarantee we'd always be able to leave the drums in the space...

seems great, but that's a deal breaker... if you change that, let me know, just PM me, and I'll be all over it I imagine. :D

Yeah I think you are right Milan,

We just bought our own Pa recently costing 1500 euro and waiting on mics and stands coming from Thomann that cost another 230 euro.

we've only recently got a new drummer who's playing catch up on our setlist of roughly 40 tunes so better if he has his kit at home as we' probably only be using it 2 times a week at most but willing to share our gear with who ever shares the room so I don't think it's too much to ask

    cheers

    paul

Totally understand, for the right band it'll be a good fit... just a lot of folks will balk at that... oh well, good luck!
