    Hey Guys,
I have a Sky + box which was installed over 8 months ago. Box has begun to act up and I suspect harddrive failure.
I asked a local dealer and he said that sky now provide a "HD ready - Sky + box" which is basically the HD (grey) box with HD functionality disabled.

My question is - when Sky come to fix/replace the box will I have an old (white) box installed or the newer grey "+" boxes ?

If you got sky in recently or are an installer let me know, thanks in advance.
    Rockin
