    Hi

    Dont know any offhand.

Heres a website of Mayo trails with maps. http://www.mayowalks.ie/home/

I believe teh Letterkeen Loop is a good run. Not sure if its within a reasonable distance from Ballina/Lough Conn for you.

That's a great site. I've done a couple of walks from it. There's one at Callow Lake which isn't too far from Ballina (which I haven't done though). What I think I'd do, is I'd use one of these walks as part of it and just work out the rest of a route using http://www.gmap-pedometer.com on small roads after that. if you're afraid of getting lost, then stick to the trails themselves. They are pretty well sign-posted.

go to letterkeen, if you dont get lost on the way there, you wont get lost very good trails in very good conditions in one of my favourite places in the world...
your actually reasonably close, 30-40 mins will get you there and thats allowing for going slow enough not to get lost.. if you want il scan a map later and mark the way from pontoon on it

Good site here for reference and maps .- not familiar with that part of Mayo ... or this part for that matter .

The western way is pretty well marked and is very popular.
