Hey all- Anyone have anything similar happen...I have stereo that doesn't work except in extreme heat/cold- no power, nothing. Bought car used, worked for a few months, then only sporadically, and now hardly ever. Last time it came on was when we had that warm spell back in June. Am wondering if it's just a loose…

Hey all-
Anyone have anything similar happen...I have stereo that doesn't work except in extreme heat/cold- no power, nothing. Bought car used, worked for a few months, then only sporadically, and now hardly ever. Last time it came on was when we had that warm spell back in June. Am wondering if it's just a loose connection or something? (as you can probably tell I know nothing about cars/electronics/etc!)
Also, any suggestions for getting it repaired/examined in the Kilkenny area? I get it serviced in Kilkenny and they basically said it's a lost cause but I don't want to just go and buy new stereo and have that one not work either.
