Ive never played starcraft 1 since i was only a kid when that was released but i do enjoy most of the command and conquer franchise (excluding c and c 4; and red alert 3 obviously). Would i enjoy starcraft 2?

There's no such thing as the perfect game!

The graphics are great but they're not cutting edge and in some parts it looks a little jagged/blurred. I had a look at outline vids of it running with everything on Ultra to confirm.

Force AA in your gfx driver, cleans the game up nicely. Can't believe they released a game that won't support AA natively.

It's a well designed game with superb graphics, fun and balanced gameplay, a both very competitive and very easy going mixture of players to compete with and an execllent campaign and reliable connectioin to other players.

Sound's like it's worth buying to me!

Game is fairly epic, and I dont normally like these types of games.

I'd say it's definitely worth buying. I've never played an RTS properly in my life but I'm loving this.

    I am really crap though!

I reckon he compared the game with games such as Crysis or some other titles based on Unreal Engine 3.x. But yeah, cut scene`s are really good, seems like the engine itself is capable of much more than we can see throughout the gameplay alone.

Yes, but I think you should play StarCraft 1 and Brood War first - they're classics.
