Bodyhaven.ie - Orders not being sent.

Bought an item off Bodyhaven.ie last Wednesday and I've not recieved anything, even though they specify 1-2 days delivery time.

They've not replied to multiple emails, PMs on here, the phone number on the site doesn't work, and 'Phil', who was supposedly ringing customers a couple of weeks ago to sort out orders, isn't answering his phone, or responding to voicemail messages.

Basically, they've got nearly €70 of mine, sent me nothing, and I can't get a hold of them.

Unfortunately I paid by Laser through Sage Pay.

What can I do to try and get my money back, if anything? Can I report them for fraud at all?

Theres a few people who are in the same boat over in this thread.

I've been buying online for years and never had an issue - so i'm not really sure what I can do :)

Contact your bank, tell them you haven't received anything.

Print off any e-mail(s) that you send Bodyhaven/Bodyhaven sent you and bring them to the bank.

Ask the bank if they can do a charge back/retrieve the money somehow.

Good luck and let us know how it goes.

Have a look at this thread - post from bodyhavens owner (I think) in it - maybe try a PM ?

Sent that account 2 PMs.. even though they've been online, they haven't replied.

Makes me think that they're not actually fulfilling orders anymore, rather trying to get as much € as they can before they're caught.

I ordered items from their website on 24th november and never received anything either. They dont reply to anything you send them but they already have charged for the payment. Id say the only thing to do is to actually go to their address in person as I doubt anything else would work, and this address probably wont exist either!!

Does anyone know what the tel no to contact them on is?? :)

It doesn't matter if you find one, because it won't be answered anyway. They're a bunch of scammers.

edelhopkins, posting the same questions across multiple threads and forums is spam. Don't do that.

Bodyhaven has effectively gone out of business, or is no longer responding. Solicitor or Small Claims Court is your only recourse at this point, but if they are gone out of business, then you're money is gone.
