The bearing has gone gonna replace tommorow. Would this make the car run very lumpy?

You're going to have to explain a little more. If it's the alternator belt then you will end up stuck on the side of the road quick-ish. If it includes the coolant pump then you run the risk of toasting your engine.
Having said that, the bearing could be on the way out and making a lot of noise but still tensioning whatever belt it normally does. So yes, it would sound "lumpy" but giving massive warning signs. Get it fixed!

If that tensioner breaks you could be looking at a very expensive fix.

Its defo the tension pulley, the bearing has gone . Just replaced the throttle body as it was holding revs but car is still running really lumpy in low revs would this be caused by the bearing being shot. I really hope it does as starting to wish i never bought the car. If the rocker cover gasket was gone would this contribute or just leak oil?

So it is likely to run smoothly after i change the bearing when i say lumpy in low revs it is very jerky and sounds like engine is going to shake apart but only in low revs? The only fault on diagnostics check was throttle body and have replaced it. engine sounds fine in idle (apart from noise from bearing). Gonna cycle over and get bearing today and then replace it, Please let it work or my bird is gonna kill me. oh i have allready changed the plugs
