I have just found a really great hotel deal on hotwire for my hol to boston later this year, the hotel is in the back bay area and the price seems a steal...and as the way site works, i have no idea what hotel it is!!

i have never used hotwire before and i am afraid! im not so worried about the hotel (long as its clean) im more worried that i will end up outside the Back Bay area and on some really rough street. We are two girlys going together so dont want to be heading off down dark dodgy streets.

has anyone used this site before, and what was your experience of it? im just nervous as I have never used it before, and the deal seems to good to be true :o

I would go on the www.betterbidding site for the Massachusetts area and place a query, giving the details of the hotel you've seen on Hotwire and asking if anyone can identify which one it might be. However, you may be required to first become a member, but it's free. I joined last year, after I had used Priceline.

    Hope this helps!

got the shertaon last year on priceline. its perfect. About a 20 min walk from downtown along by the common, can also get metro. Its joined on to the prudential centre which is also handy and very near newbury street. Cheesecake factory is in the centre and is awesome. enjoy
