Dalkia bill getting bigger and bigger

    Hi everyone,

    My Apt's hot water supply is provided by Dalkia.

    However, I find recently my bills becoming bigger and bigger (think.. It doesn't make sense summer's bills are bigger than winter's).

    Dunno how other people feel...

    Same with myself.. I personally think they couldnt manage a pissup in a brewery...

    Got no bill for 6 months and now getting 2 bills in a row.. We have a new heat exchanger system in my complex and it seems to be a shambles to manage so far.
